The Palms Collection by Century Communities at The Trails at Tortosa

I was the buyers agent for one of the Maricopa Century Community homes. It was a great and easy experience! Mila at the sales office was very helpful and knowledgeable about the homes! They work well with other agents unlike some other new build communities. We had a final walkthrough a week before close and Gwen with Century was very nice and accommodating! He doesn't get upset when you point out punch list items that need to be taken care of prior to close & his team gets them done before close! There is another final walkthrough at the day of close with the builder to ensure everything was done before keys are given. They really want the buyer to be happy. Overall, my clients and I had a great experience with Century Communities :)

Do not move here.. the hoa fixes nothing.. pool area is destroyed.. and we are behind a dairy farm they do not tell you about and it stinks to high hell! To the point of puking
