I drove by this place just thinking it was cute. A few weeks later, I booked a tour. The property is beautiful, the homes are cozy, and the staff… my favorite part of the entire experience. Angela sat with us to do our application step by step making sure we didn’t miss anything. Pearl walked us all around the property. And everyone in the office had such an amazing energy between them. It seems like they love working with each other which is beautiful. They made applying and moving to a new space seamless and exciting!

We have lived here for a while September will be 2 years. We love these apartments. The staff is wonderful. Rose is amazing, really nice.

Moving in has been such a breeze and very eye opening compared to other apartments I have been in. I love the style of feeling like an actual home I also love that this place has lots of amenities and get togethers. But most importantly this place offers credit builder so if you are trying to help get that credit score up and maybe look into a house later down the road this is definitely the place. Super quiet area I love it here I’m glad I can call this place home.

EVR has been very welcoming to us. They always answer in a timely manner. We have had a great experience here and Rose has been amazing and accommodating. She always helps with any questions or concerns that we have to the best of her abilities. Thank you!

This is a very well kept and organized place. Smoke free too! Staff is great and fun amenities. Happy to be here.
