Leann Johnson, the Assistant Community Manager, is simply incredible! Her friendly and welcoming demeanor makes you feel right at home. I was blown away by how thoughtful she is – she even asked if I prefer sunsets or sunrises! If you’re searching for a fantastic apartment experience, look no further. With quick responses and Leann's positive energy, I couldn't recommend this place more! It's truly a gem!

Leann and her team are amazing; So efficient and pleasant to speak to. They provide great customer service and have made our moving experience easy and without inconveniences. The community itself is beautiful and has so many great outdoor activities for kids/family. I 100% recommend this community. Their incredible staff members made us feel at home since before signing a lease.

I am happy to move into Home at Maricopa. Leann and the other front office staff have been amazing and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this community for future residents based on the welcoming and family feel these employees create. Looking to several months of happiness with the great amenities they offer.

Such a beautiful property, It gives “Scottsdale” vibes while being nestled in Maricopa. I love the amenities, the safety of the buildings when trying to enter is my favorite feature. The staff is AMAZING, they tend to hop on things quickly to resolve any issues, which have all been minor. All the ladies in the office are very welcoming, they have great customer service skills as well. Leann is such a Rockstar, and I love her fast responses to my plenty of emails. I’m loving my new apt home, it’s literally the best in Copa!

From the time I walked in, Leann was amazing! So knowledgeable about the property and so engaging. I felt right at home instantly. I even went to tour other places and couldn't get this place out of mind. You will not be disappointed!
