Bungalows on Bowlin

We’re a month in & all is well! Bungalows On Bowlin Is The Spot! I have to recognize “the crew” that have been inviting & taking care of Us. Our property manager is tops! The grounds are very well kept & im truly looking forward to enjoying the heated pool & hot tub (jacuzzi). Feeling safe & comfortable is key to living well, we’ve discovered this here & recommend others look into this option for your needs.

This is not luxury. Over the span of 2 years here. There is NEVER any parking here after 8pm. They will not assign any parking. My washer and dryer have both broken down. Washer took a whole month to fix. A/C went out during full summer heat and it took them 3 days to fix it. The pool is constantly closed over the summer. The gym is a joke the size of a small closet and has to be booked. Nothing about this place is luxury don’t fool yourself.

Late move in date due to “lack of work” on office staffs part, caused move in delay, loss of original residence until move in, loss of deposit for moving vehicle, additional storage fees, hotel costs, and now the unit is “ready” but reeks of pet urine so is undergoing ozone treatment with no update or status or even apology from staff. Avoid this place is my current stance. I don’t see how this is going to work out well for me in any way at this rate. Otherwise, the place is beautiful. Don’t be fooled I guess is all I can say.

My experience was so pleasant! Megan helped me with my move in and it was a super easy process and the yard is kept very nice and they make you feel right at home. The inside is beyond beautiful and comfy for me and my family! Thank you guys for helping us out in a short amount of time!!

Low quality housing. Beware of renting here. The rent special attracts the wrong type of people. This place is anything but quiet and peaceful. Loud cars and stereos booming in the parking lot. Children running around unsupervised so watch out for your vehicle being tampered with. You should know this complex is owned by RPM living. Look them up! Even the BBB and attorney general have filed their own complaints against them for being dismissal and/or ignoring any issues altogether. The units are made of plastic and have hardly any insulation from weather or noise.
