The Palms at Jackson

The staff is very unprofessional! The manager is money hungry! She refuses to give back deposits when she has had you waiting for months to get in an apartment. Constantly lies about when you will be able to move in and doesn’t keep her word!! I would love to speak with the manager over her! This is unnecessary and unprofessional! Handle business like business is supposed to handled. Not play games and take people money.

As of 01/15/2023 the palms at Jackson is not a safe place to stay. Homeless people break in the apartments and the security officers do not do their jobs to keep us safe. The complex does not offer mailboxes nor a washer and dryer. The management team sits in the office on their phones talking about the residents. VERY UNSAFE, NASTY, AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I am so glad to be a part of the Belvedere Cove Experience! Mrs. Fran is so helpful and nice! Mr. Ralph is a great maintenance worker. They do not hesitate to accommodate You when You call with a concern.

After time and time we been asking for them to fix the flood damage we have going on and the apartment now it’s been 3days since this been going on. This is bad for business whoever own this property is wrong for letting this property look like that rate .-10

The complex has a fruit fly infestation. Waste Management has stopped getting the trash and it's piling up around the dumpsters making the issue much worse. I can't even eat at my table or cook without fruit flies diving into my food. The manager refused to help with the issue and claimed it's 'Just a part of nature because it's been raining a lot'.
