The Palms Apartments

All though the parking is $35 for one spot each, so in total we do pay almost $70 in parking space. We can say that, the apartments are more clean, we no longer deal with insects, trash is picked up, the complex is clean, and maintenance comes and fixes everything ASAP. Thank you!

Great place to live the management is nice and helpful very friendly environment and my dog loves there dog park on ground makes it much easier to get his playtime

So far it has been great! I have been living here for almost a year now and it is just what i expected and was looking for. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is not just a walk in kitchen so that's a plus. Management is great, Aurora makes you feel at home. So nice and welcoming! Look no further!

One of the best places to live. Clean apartments with Quite good neighbors and safe parking. Ms Aroura is the best property manager and is always willing to fix issues even if it is after working hours. 5 stars place for renting and highly recommended.

Been living here for a couple of months now and Have had no problems so far, the moving in experience was amazing. Will most likely spend another year here 🫶🏼
