The Outlook Apartments

I’ve had such a positive experience living at The Outlook Apartments. The building is modern, clean, and very well maintained. The amenities and shared spaces are thoughtfully designed and always kept in great condition, which really adds to the overall living experience. One of the biggest highlights has been the management team, especially Sharleena, the property manager. She is personable, professional, and incredibly responsive. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, she’s handled it quickly and with genuine care. It’s clear she truly cares about the residents and the community. The leasing process was smooth, communication has always been clear, and any maintenance requests are addressed promptly. Overall, The Outlook offers a comfortable, well-managed living environment

I spent about three months living at the Outlook and had a very positive experience. The building is new, modern, and well-maintained, and it’s one of the few places in Ithaca that offers short-term lease options — which was extremely convenient for my stay. The shuttle service was excellent, providing easy transportation to Cornell on weekdays and to the grocery center on Sundays. The management team was always helpful and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this residence to anyone looking for comfortable and flexible housing in Ithaca.

We stayed at the Outlook Apartments for 6 months for a semester exchange at Cornell University. It is a bit far from campus and shops but the shuttle to campus is good. It just means you have to plan your shopping very well. Everything in the apartment was good and easy to use. The only issues we had were a couple of things in the bathroom that had been broken or misused by the previous tenant, and the mattresses were very hard and springy. Since we were only there for 6 months we couldn't justify the cost of a decent mattress topper. Property manager was easy to deal with any issues we had and generally responded quickly with maintenance done not long after that.

Everything about this place is great the amenities are amazing the apartments are new and nice the only downside is SHARLEENA she is absolutely torturous to deal with she has her favorite tenants and to them rules do not apply however for others she enforces them with an iron fist she's not responsive but if you don't respond to her immediately it can cause issues for your tenancy I genuinely wanted to say something nice about her while mentioning the negatives but I genuinely can't think of anything she's a nightmare she's vindictive rude with a professional tone condescending unpleasant they'll never do anything about her being this way because she works in real estate and a friend of hers asked her to do this job which is probably why she feels she can act any way she likes knowing that

Cheryl, the shuttle driver, was my lifeline, as well as for countless other students. It is such an underrated perk of living here—she gets you to school and back as well as grocery shopping. If you're reading this, make sure that lady is well-compensated!
