The Orchards at Cherry Creek Park Apartments

Moved here in December and it’s been horrible ever since I moved in. I get noise complaints for playing music when I take a shower but everybody around me and below and across the street are outside and loud until 12am every night. Also, my heater is so loud it vibrates the entire place. I’ve had maintenance come out more times then I could count and the issue has still not been resolved. Horrible experience so far highly do not recommend

Absolutely horrible. It’s pathetic honestly. We applied in October the application came back within like 24 hours and I called the next day after that to see the status because we are on a time crunch and the lady goes “oh..yea I’m waiting on corporate..” I said “umm okay when can I hear back” she said by the end of day. I heard nothing. So we found a new place they approved us and that that. I call back to get a refund on the admin fee me and my husband paid because that’s refundable. I then get an email saying we were denied. Didn’t say why whatever I don’t care I just want a refund. I called twice once no answer called back in October and I asked if o could get an office manager she stuttered and said “well I am her” I explained the situation and she goes “oh um she’s in a meeting” at t

This is a great place to live. The management staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys are nice and anytime I have called something in, it gets fixed right away. Very dog friendly, and the areas are always picked up and nice looking. Feels like a safe area, and the location is prime.

Now that I’ve lived here for about 3 months I can say I’m beyond happy to have found this community. It’s quiet, peaceful, clean and the staff up front has always been kind, helpful and accommodating. Parking can sometimes be a pain but if that’s the only hardship I have in my place of residence…I’ll take it. When I first moved in, they had some things to fix and they took care of everything. I love that they listen and care about what they do. Highly recommend.

Hi, I'm reaching out here since I have sent 4 emails over the course of a month with no response. My electricity bill has gone down substantially over the last few weeks since I have discovered a space heater out in the utility closet on my porch and had asked that maintenance turn it off. There was no distinguishable off setting for the space heater (which seems like a fire hazard), so I appreciate you guys turning it off. I am very concerned/upset because I have been paying the electricity bill for this maintenance closet space heater that isn't a part of my lease, and I have since been locked out of it. This was costing me an additional ~$40 per month. I have searched my lease but there is nothing there about it being the renters responsibility to maintain the heat in the closet. I do
