I worked with Jeremy recently on the purchase of a home in Parker. I’ve purchased 2 homes previously but the economy and real estate market are so different now and I really appreciated the way Jeremy walked me through everything in a way that made sense to me. He’s got this great tool that shows different price points and different down payments so that I could easily see and compare different scenarios. I never felt pressured and always felt he had my best interest in mind. It was a great experience and I’d recommend Jeremy to anyone.

He was responsive, willing to touch base at all hours even if they were not normal work hours. Jeremy reached out with reminders and was incredibly understanding and flexible with all the hurdles that came up during or closing process. Jeremy put me at ease, regularly broke things down into “layman’s terms” that I could understand, and was extremely communicative.
