There are not enough good things I can say about my experience of working with Rick to not only buy my first home, but also sell it as well. He took the time to thoroughly walk me through each step of the process so I felt comfortable about everything. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the market and very easy to communicate with. With his expertise and attention to detail, I was able to sell my house in 48 hours over asking price in what is considered a tough market for sellers.
