We had the BEST experience with START Real Estate when we sold our home in Centennial Colorado the Fall of 2020. Jared was thorough, professional, and knowledgeable with the market and approach in listing our home. He provided great information to help us make the best decisions we needed. When it came to selecting and negotiating offers, his talent was THE BEST I'VE SEEN no exception, in my 6 times of buying and selling a home. I found START real estate around 7 months ago after dealing with a couple of bad real estate offices. Here is where I met Jenn D. Jenn was absolutely amazing! I literally worked with START Real Estate for years! I first started looking for my first home 3 years ago but didn't find exactly what I wanted so I paused my search for a little while. Over the years the Lyn was so responsive to all of my random questions and then when it was time to buy helped me look, looked at lots of homes as I perfected what I wanted. Once under contract they made the process so easy, as a project manager I work off of lists and calendars and they had easy to use software that kept all of my deadlines in one easy to read calendar. As a first time home buyer they made the process so much easier. And my dog loves our new place in Downtown Denver.
