The Oceanaire

This place is a nightmare from top to bottom. We lived here for 2 years. We leased a unit with a washer/dryer and there was none in the unit. The washing room in my building had the dryers nonfunctional for months. We paid for a renovated apartment as well, but the showers in both bathrooms still needed to be reseald badly & the enamel was coming off in chunks under our feet. We were not given a sticker or informed about parking at move in so our car was towed. They changed management & refused to pay us back for the tow as that was "previous management's problem". The power has gone out for nearly 2 months total in 2 years of living here, once was for a month straight. You can actually find news stories on this if you look up "oceanair power outage". We had no hot water for 3 weeks once &

I have lived here for a while and they half fix issues and rent increases all the time..they seem more concerned about outside appearance than whats going on inside these apartments..only way you get any nice appliances or upgrade is move to an upgraded apartment and pay higher rent...every month i have some type of water leak and same issue over and over.. im so over it!!!looking forward to moving..this last company who purchased it willow bridge is not good at all...headed to office to report yet another water leak

Once now maybe twice management has changed since being a resident here . I love the spacious layout but that’s about the only good i can mention oh & the gym. Point is hopefully now after continuous years of inconsistent quality service from the laundry room to “ Dog Park “ the countless ongoing weeks of no bags in the Dispenser. ( 3 separate locations as well as the Dirt Park for Dogs ) yet no bags accessible Anyways let me stop complaining I’m blessed to have a roof over my head , food on the table & access to clean drinking water There is individuals out there ready to trade positions but i’m here to hopefully aquire some attention to the little things that matter in any community . I had trouble with my AC unit with the heat called the emergency line and they showed up fast and concerned. Turned out the breaker tripped. Good job addressing the issue as all is well now. Happy tenant.

If I could give the Oceanaire 0 stars I would. I lived in this complex for two years and with that came a change in ownership 3 times. With each change it got worse, with current Willow Bridge being the absolute worst of them all. The complex is always filthy and filled with piles of trash and rodents/bugs. Couldn’t even open my windows on a hot day cause all you would smell is heaps of hot stinky garbage. Management refuses to clean and literally runs the garbage over with golf carts when riding around the complex not even bothering to attempt to pick it up. Maintenance also entered my apartment on several occasions without notice and left my doors unlocked while not home. When moving out prepare to go through MONTHS of back and forth with the property to retrieve your security deposit a
