The North Apartments

I recently toured this brand new building which is walking distance from CSUN. It is marketed as luxury living and does not disappoint. The main lobby feels like an upscale boutique hotel and the amenities are amazing. Fully equipped gym, rooftop terrace, social areas with pool table, and multiple lounge room. The unit I toured had a very open floor plan and felt very large. It had one large walk-in closet in the master and a good size closet in the second bedroom with built in shelves. Each unit has full size washer and dryer tucked away in a closet and the kitchen was outfitted with modern cabinets and new appliances. One of my favorite features was the parking spots with EV Chargers, going to be perfect for my Tesla. I filled out my application and can’t wait to move in!!!

Amazing apartments and new. Management is responsive to issues and really ensure that you are taken care of to the best of their ability. While the proximity to CSUN can lead to college kids being there, they are really targeting working professionals and the atmosphere shows that. If you have any problems, reach out and they will help!
