The Neil

The manager Erica is great but the managing company isn’t. The elevators are always down/out of service. Today both elevators are down so people in the fourth floor especially those who are handicapped can’t get out. When you try to call the maintaince team they always threaten to charge you a hefty fee for reporting a building maintainece issue (or any maintenance issue) after hours.

I lived at The Neil for four and a half years, and I’m really going to miss it. My apartment was super spacious, always clean, and had that modern feel I loved. The building was safe, well taken care of, and honestly, everything just worked so smoothly. But what I’ll miss the most is Erika. She was always there when I needed anything—so helpful, kind, and truly caring. You can tell she really looks out for the residents and keeps everything running perfectly. The place was always organized and spotless. It really felt like home. Thank you, The Neil. And a big thank you🩷 to Erika—you made a huge difference!

We have lived at the Neil for over a year-- it wasn't a question of whether or not to renew our lease. We LOVE it here. The property manager, Erica, is the kindest woman and she is so helpful! The amenities are awesome, maintenance is great, and I truly can't find a single complaint. Oh, and they're pet friendly!

UPDATE: They brought in a new dedicated manager and she has been killing it! She has turned this place around, no trash in the streets, she has put up a privacy wall for packages and makes sure they are properly stored. She is very friendly, loves her job and the people at our complex. She even has various events and functions to get to know us and from what I hear is a joy to be around. Thanks to her management, I am changing my vote to 4 stars. _______________________________________ I They nickel and dime yet too cheap to take responsibility for providing proper services instead they have part time manager, charge us for packaging services that are sitting on the ground anyways (and many times my stuff has been stolen I now mail my stuff to whole foods.) Great place to live!! Entire property is well kept and clean. Staff is very professional!! Maintenance responds fast. Periodic filter changes etc, we are notified in advance if they need access to your apartment and they always knock. It’s been a great experience living here. I read some of these other reviews. It’s a shame people embellish negatives. After being here 2 years and reading some of what people review / clearly they are not completely honest. Live with PMA and you won’t have to embellish the truth!
