Haddon Point Mount Laurel

We really liked this apartment at first. The amenities were beautiful and a big selling point: a clubhouses, a pool, games, ping pong and plenty of spaces to work or study. As we continued living here, though, it started to feel like the amenities were slowly being stripped away. The clubhouse used to be accessible 24 hours, then suddenly it was cut off around 10 PM, which made a big difference for us. There were also increasing restrictions on bringing guests into the clubhouse, which felt unnecessary given how much residents pay. The apartment itself also felt cheaply built. Our kitchen backsplash warped and bent from normal heat exposure from the oven and air fryer and we later found out we weren’t the only tenants this happened to. From the moment I moved in, I knew I had found the right place. The apartment is spacious and beautiful, the grounds are immaculate, and the staff is amazing!!! Any concerns I've had have been resolved quickly and efficiently. I'm so grateful to have found this gem!

I've lived here for nearly a year and have had a fantastic experience. The apartments are well-maintained, the community is friendly and welcoming, and the office staff is exceptional. They regularly host resident events that are always enjoyable and foster a strong sense of community.
