Masons Creek Flats

I just celebrated a year here at Mason Creek Flats. I am grateful for the affordability and newness of my corner apt with beautiful windows. Its been a huge change for me to live alone and get used to it and living in an apt building. Do I wish I had a second room and a dishwasher and tub , heel yes. Storage is a huge issue, and wish I had grabbed an availability when it opened. I was afraid of the cost, but it would be worth it. The "clutter" upsets me. I am on a waiting list for storage. I am so grateful for this new management company. Annelis goes above and beyond. She is kind, organized, and efficient. To see her here on a Saturday when the elevator went down showed her commitment. I can walk stairs easily, but i get concerned when the elevator is down for those unable to do stairs.

I've been here in Masons Creek Apartments for almost a year now and couldn't be happier. I love my 4th floor apartment -- it's perfect for my lifestyle now. I believe I made an excellent choice. It's very quiet -- a luxury I didn't get in my past 2 apartments. Any issues, so far only minor, have been immediately responded to by Annelis, our manager, and/or maintenance. The apartment complex is in an area close to shopping and restaurants of all kinds.

It's over a month now. It's an ideally located apartment building. Very strongly and professionally managed by Annelis.cleaning and other maintenance is being handled with extra care.I personally appreciate the interest and efforts of Annelis, property Manager with a prompt solution always. Hello world, my name is David B. Moitozo, and I moved into Masons Creek Flats in April, 2024. Suffice it to say, I have had no complaints and for the money, it’s a great “bang for your buck!” As others have stated, people seem elated with our new management company SELA Realty… and especially our Property Manager Annelis, who’s very affable, intelligent and professional (albeit I think she doesn’t yet get my “tongue-in-cheek”sense of humor!? I know, it takes time to get accustomed to me!) But seriously folks, while MCF might not have all the fancy upgrades (ie Dishwasher, laundry machine/Dryer or Microwave) one might desire, it’s enough for me. If price is a consideration for you you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better place to live in Burlington County. Happy Hunting! David B. Moito
