When I moved in 5 years ago the people in the office were nice. Now they don’t answer their phones. They don’t return phone calls when you leave a message. They are quick to send 2nd notices threatening to evict you claiming you haven’t responded to their request! The grounds are a mess. When I first moved in the grounds were not bad. Two lampposts down now. One of them for over a yr already. Had the same air filter in my heating unit for over 9 months. But ig you get what you pay for….? Why provide a place available for people to live in at affordable prices and not keep up in maintaining it. If we’re treated w out care most tenants will respond the same way.

Management are okay. They are diligent with paper work. They respond to complaints immediately. But I wish they could be on top of maintenance better. Some in the maintenance department treat you nice at first but then when you speak the truth to them they disappear. They should do their job right the first time & not make excuses. They lie about completing tasks. The landscaping is nice around the development. But the personal landscaping (which has rules on what we can do) is taken care of only once a year. The place inside is nice. I wish my walls looked better & were painted. Which I thought was the law before a tenant moves in. But whatever. Floors are great. Except the area where apparently something big & heavy fell on it & left a big knick & some small ones. Maintenance has known f

We just moved in to phase 3 and love it here. Nice quiet community. The landscaping is well kept. Management has been great to us.

The Ethel Lawrence organization is much more than a housing community; every member of the office team goes above and beyond to assist you with information regarding upcoming new projects, social services related to the communities and residents. I appreciate being on their email list learning about changes in fair housing practices by our government, Legal changes that the Ethel Lawrence organizational leaders have been instrumental in helping change.
