The Murphy Irvine

I visited Murphy today to look for an apartment. Although the 2B2B unit I’m looking for is not available at the moment, Amanda Arroyo was incredibly patient in showing me around the amenities and the model unit. She was very professional, polite, and helpful throughout the entire tour. Her positive attitude truly made my day much more enjoyable!

All of the office staff here are very friendly and professional. especially appreciate Amanda for her kindness and support throughout the process. She was kind and attentive from beginning to end. Even though I visited the unit several times because I wasn’t completely sure at first, she always showed it to me with patience and a positive attitude, helping me feel comfortable with my decision. On move-in day, she explained everything clearly and made the whole process very smooth and easy. The apartment is also very well maintained, which makes living here even more pleasant. Thank you so much!

I’ve been living here for over three years, and overall it has been a very positive experience. The current leasing office staff and maintenance team are excellent — responsive, professional, and pleasant to work with. The team we have now has made a noticeable difference, and I truly appreciate their attitude and support. Everyone does a great job, and I’d also like to give a special mention to Jose, who has been especially helpful. His quick and reliable work really helps make living here comfortable.

Our stay was amazing. My girlfriends and I stayed in the guest suite. Martina was very kind and welcoming. Carlos, the manager, Jose and the maintenance team were always available if we needed anything. The property is beautiful. The apartment was gorgeous. I felt right at home.

Thank you, Amanda, for helping me find a great apartment unit at The Murphy. She was very helpful with the application process too! This will be my second time living here. The property is one of the best in Irvine and OC. I also appreciate how kind and responsive the management team is; thank you, Carlos, Rico, Jose, and team for all you guys do to make this a great place to live. Cheers!
