I spoke to Greg and advised him that we are seniors on a fixed income that I should be eligible for a VA loan, and our house needs... he set right to work determining our credit rating, DTI, and mortgage eligibility... he found us a house and mortgage that we could afford, and we love our home. Not good for a first time home buyer. Came into the process with several questions and wanted to be guided along the way. When I asked Greg questions I would receive very brief emails a few days after sending. I became so frustrated and stressed with the process that I went to another lender and received the type of service anyone deserves. Might be a good choice for someone who really understands mortgages and has had many experiences buying a house but for a first time buyer The Mortgage House was not ideal.

Have worked with Greg and The Mortgage House twice, most recently to refinance my mortgage. Professional, reliable, precise, and fast - excellent experience both times. Highly recommend!
