The Meadows

For right now, I am going to give it one star. My son moved in the beginning of January. There are several things that need to be fixed in his apartment. Most of them are just minor blinds, trim work. The tub faucet has Been dripping at a very steady pace. I have put in several work orders and have called the office twice and sent an email. It is now March 1 and it is still not fixed.

The snow removal is almost non-existent. I had to shovel the sidewalk for myself and a disabled neighbor. They didn't even clear the mailbox area. In addition, I just received a notice that my lease was up soon and if I wanted to continue month to month it would cost almost $300 per month more. Price gouging at its worst!

Lived here for 8 years. It's been sold twice since we moved in and nothing ever gets done. Our kitchen light has been out for 4 years, our ac unit is still not fixed, mold is rampant and nothing has been updated in over 20 years. If it wasn't for Pickerington schools we would have left years ago. I've worked for properties before and this company is just another money hungry money pit. The new manager is callous and lacks any empathy in my dealings with them. As soon as our lease is up we are leaving but not before they try to get more money. 1 year later It took them 3 months to fix our ac unit. 4 years to replace a ceiling fan and when the maintenance man came to replace the fan he said he would be back to inspect the vents for mold....he never returned and that was roughly 3 weeks ago.

My son is non-ambulatory and uses a power wheelchair for mobility. Finding an apartment for him is challenging and Keri Clark at The Meadows was incredibly helpful, supportive and engaged. Property is beautiful and close to the downtown village with sidewalk access. Great place!

I moved in the end of April and want to say that so far Doug and the maintenance has been great! Doug has helped me through the whole online process as far as paying my rent and how to contact maintenance when needed. I was even hurt and had to have my keys replaced and they made it a priority to get me back in my apartment. Always flexible to get ahold of and keep a nice quiet clean property. Thanks for all your hard work!!
