All in all, after the first year, I feel like Fischer Homes did an decent job in building us a house. Cheap parts and labor have surfaced with problems such as doors that don't close properly, and cabinets that are already chipping. However, they did an abysmal job with the yard that has kind of left a bad taste in my mouth 🤷
Visit to a friend selling home. Community looked nice, quiet, many beautiful homes, I believe a community pool. Draw back was homes built too close together, but, that falls into one's own preference.
The company that I sub-contract to ( RT CONSTRUCTION) has sent myself to this subdivision a few times. It's quiet & peaceful.
The houses have nice colors and styles.
