Arbors At Turnberry Apartments

I am scheduled to move in tomorrow, i got the keys to the apartment and this was the condition i received the apartment after being told that it is ready to move in. The cabinets was broken and uncleaned, holes in the ceiling, dirty oven, the chandelier chains broken. Just utterly disgusting and filthy, i can not believe that this is the condition they deem ready for move in. Not to mention the apartment stinks horribly, there is no way they believe a mother and her son should live in this filth. This is a bio hazard. If i could give it lower then 1 star i would, 1 star is generous

Great community! Lived here for 3 years, office team changed and is amazing! The Office Manager is great! So friendly and helpful! The leasing agents are both friendly! Looking forward to another year! Thank you for all the work you’re doing to bring back the events!

I absolutely love this community I had to come back and visit and do the tour twice ... this community is absolutely beautiful and seem peaceful.... I had a wonderful tour guide Ms. Misty. She has the best energy and personality. Will keep a buck with you no sugar anything. And is quick with getting emails and applications started for you.... 100/10

The photos dont do this complex justice. The three, 2 bedroom apartemts, that I toured were amazing. Spacious, gorgeous and very cozy. Love love love!!! Misty was my tour guide...absolutely remarkable. I am making Arbors at Turnberry my home.

The townhomes are really nice, but they use cheap blinds so the entire complex looks terrible because the blinds are torn up everywhere. The owners don't put enough money into making sure the outside of the buildings look appealing. They keep the grounds clean and the lawn cut but that's it.
