The Meadows of Coon Rapids

Been living at the meadows for over half a year now. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Very dog friendly with a large dog park and many clean up stations that are regularly filled and cleaned. The surrounding area is also very walk friendly for you and your pup. The office sends out regular emails updating residents about new changes / maintenance on the property. Rosemary and Stefanie were very helpful and kind during the move in process, and are always a happy face to see around! The maintenance guys are also awesome and come fix any problems quick and efficiently. The unit itself is spacious with large beautiful windows overlooking a nature preserve. The in-unit washer and drier is such a great perk! I am very impressed with this place and it is the best apartment complex I have

I am so surprised they have only 3.5 stars. I live here. They care about their tenants. They know you by name. Treat you with respect. Always kind. I rented sight unseen because I felt trust within the staff. Our hours didnt align for a walk through. I love it here. Walk in closet, central air and in unit washer dryer. They are respectful of my animals. I won't leave this apartment until I eventually get my house. They even got me a first floor right outside the dog park. Which is perfect since my dog needs to run a lot. They keep up on grass and provide poop bags for dogs.

I have lived in many rentals, both apartments and houses and I have to say, The Meadows is without a doubt the best place I've lived. Stephanie and Rosemary are amazing, so sweet and always there to help out. Maintenance needs a shout out as well! Our AC went out just today and Nick came and fixed it so fast! Anytime there is a maintenance issue, it is taken care of quick and efficiently. Thank you for having the BEST team at The Meadows!

I lived here for three years. Rosemary and the team get the job done. The maintenance crew has always treated me nice and also respected privacy. I got the perfect apartment for reasonably priced. One bedroom above the garage no one above you. It’s super long and lots of space. You could even live in the walk in closet. The meadows has the things you want like washer and dryer in unit and an open concept kitchen with out making you go to a giant apartment structure. They know you by name. When I left I made an appointment with Rosemary and Maintenance. I was open about all of the points. They were very transparent about the cost and things they clean regardless. I appreciate the way they did the checkout process and since I did everything up front and honest and in the appropriate order

I tried to be transparent and explain to Stephanie and Rosemary that I was moving to the city and set to start a job on Monday. I sent what they asked for because Rosemary didn't understand how things work in Indiana. She said she had protocols she had to follow. I then sent an email for a rental verification from the apartments..I had to constantly follow up and email. With no response forward. Again, the staff knew I was on a crunch time to move the took 550 out of my account in which I explained to just let me know the status and I could move forward with another application elsewhere. They didn't. I have left voicemails and called them. And one time they answered but not any further. I even explained to them a tragedy I experienced this week. Don't waste 550. Customer service is not go
