The Meadows Apartments

I recently called to inquire about moving into the property and had the pleasure of speaking with Sharon. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer my questions thoroughly, explained the process clearly, and made the entire interaction feel welcoming rather than rushed. Customer service like that makes a big difference when you’re considering a new place to live. I truly appreciated her assistance and positive attitude.

I have lived in the meadows apartments off and on with my family since I was 7 years old. Now.. I'm 47 (old dad) and my son is 5 and we live here together. The meadows has been great to me for many years and always my first suggestion whenever anyone ask me about affordable places in madison. And... My family, friends & people I've talked to from the madison area often feel the same way. Ps. The maintenance team is the best I've ever seen and they are always on site working hard cleaning, fixing, and helping people with any maintenance issues. And like everyone else says... Sharon in the office is absolutely the best! Thanks everyone, Shane

​"Our experience at this complex has been deeply disappointing, and we completely regret moving here. What they show in their promotional photos has nothing to do with reality; the apartments are in deplorable condition. ​The most serious issue is the lack of response from management. They ignore their responsibilities and show zero interest in resolving maintenance problems. It has reached a point where we have been forced to contact City Building Inspections to intervene in issues that they should have fixed long ago. ​Do not be fooled by the images. If you are looking for responsible management and decent living conditions, this is not the place."

Sharon helped us on our tour and she was lovely. She gave us a ton of information and we didn’t even need to ask questions. Super friendly, apartments were clean.

Sharon helped explain my statement and did it in a way I understand. She is great to work with and I enjoy living at the meadows. I have been here 3 yrs now and just renewed my lease.
