The Marlette Apartments

Absolutely love living at The Marlette! We've been here for about 8 months now and honestly couldn't be happier. We were pretty nervous moving from out of state without seeing the place in person, but Alex was super helpful and made the whole process so easy, which we really appreciated. The apartments are beautiful - even little things like the soft close cabinets are a nice touch. The management team has been great, everyone we've talked to is genuinely helpful and always quick to answer questions or handle any concerns. Maintenance is on top of things too. The neighborhood is fantastic and the location works really well for us. Overall we're just really happy we ended up here. If you're apartment hunting, definitely worth checking out The Marlette!

My favorite apartment by far. I’ve been here for almost a year and haven’t had any complaints. Alex in the front office and Ryan the maintenance guy are beyond amazing. The complex has awesome amenities and is always kept very clean and functional. The cherry on top is the fact that rent fits perfectly in my budget.

My husband and I have lived at the Marlette for about 2 years and we love it here! The staff are so kind and helpful, there are lots of fun events going on, and the apartments themselves are very modern and beautiful-looking! I really appreciate the extra effort that the staff makes to make us feel at home here, it does not go unnoticed!

Lovely apartment complex with huge spacious units. I love the open floor plans and overall layout of the units. The beautiful views of the mountains are a nice touch. It's pet friendly (dogs and cats) yet you'd never know there were dogs here based off of how quiet it is. Both of the girls (Alex and Taylor) who work at leasing office are lovely and very helpful. Ryan the maintenance manager is always quick and easy to work with any time I've needed him to work on something. I've definitely loved my experience here and would recommend the property to anyone looking.

The Marlette is a lovely, centrally located property. The apartments are clean with high quality appliances, well designed floor plans, and soundproof construction. The property itself is well maintained and offers a secure entrance, a gym, pool, and thoughtful landscaping. The property management is responsive, professional, and accessible. This is a dog-friendly community, which I very much appreciate, as well. Based on my previous experience of having lived at The Marlette before, when I initiated my apartment search again, there was no question I wanted to find an apartment at The Marlette.
