Carson Hills Apartments

We recently left Carson Hills after 2+ years. Our experience from the beginning has been wonderful. The apartments have the latest modern amenities of a smart home and the views from our unit were incredible. The facilities including fitness center and pool were kept clean and inviting. Alex (manager), Killian (leasing), and Chris (and his maintenance team) have been most professional, kind and helpful. Based on our time here, we can honestly say Carson Hills is the best apartment complex in Carson City.

From start to finish Rocky and her team were great! They helped me secure everything I needed and make the process pretty easy. If you are looking to move to Carson and want a great neighborhood, great views and access to amenities, Carson Hills is the way to go.

Rocky was helpful the whole time we were going through our process of moving. She always explained anything we had questions on. The apartments are amazing. Would recommend Carson hills to anyone looking for a new apartment.

This place is awesome... my wife and I were in the market for a 3 bedroom apartment and it wasn't until meeting our Leasing agent Rocky that we were actually treated like people. As a disabled Veteran, I really appreciate everything her and her team did to help us... I would recommend this place to anyone looking to rent in Carson City

My daughters and I moved to Carson Hills Apartments in June 2021. We have loved living here. The apartments are beautiful and we love our view of the city from our patio. I have had very little issues with anything in our place and are proud to show friends and family where we live. The only thing that is lacking is parking availability but with all the other perks you have with living here, we can deal with parking! I can not express my gratitude enough to all of the staff. One month after moving here, I was injured at work and placed on workers comp. And to this day, because of the severity of my injury, I am still on workers comp. It has been a nightmare as far as getting my paychecks on a regular basis and my rent is continually late. Alex and Rocky are valuable assets to Carson Hills
