The Creek at South Carson

The apartments look nice in the photos and that may be the case for the inside but the outside of the apartments are not appealing. They wanted a $250 admin fee so i thought they must be real nice apartments. I drove down to check them out and i couldn’t believe that the interior photos i saw online were the same apartments. It can be very misleading.

My sons have lived here for 4 months and we dig it! Maintenance is quick to complete workorders and the complex manager always greats us with a smile. Great start to our new home! *UPDATE* A few months later and we are still happy with management and maintenance. Quick service and we always get smiles, I appreciate the team here.

Elias the new maintenance manager has been so on top of making sure everything in my apartment is fixed quickly and properly. He goes above and beyond to make this place look amazing. I always see him out checking the property for trash and he is super friendly!

Jace, the property manager, is super helpful. Whenever I struggle with the website or anything else, he always takes the time to assist me.

I like living here its quite kid friendly and Jace the manager is wonderful so helpful and understanding and communicates with me on issues I have. Been here for a year and just renewed my lease for another year.
