Have been living here for more than two years and have experienced a couple of property management changes during that time. Despite those transitions, the office and maintenance staff (current supervisor) have always been very helpful and responsive. Jamaia and Joseph have been especially supportive, professional, and quick to address any concerns.

I am new to The Magnolia, just signing my lease today! Michelle Mullins in the office has been a breath of fresh air! She made great eye contact when we first met, and throughout our leasing process. Michelle is incredible! She's been so helpful getting my mother into her new apartment. This apartment complex is perfect for her and her needs. Michelle went out of her way to make sure we had what my mom needed. And has been so easy to communicate with through the whole process.

Absolutely do NOT even think about taking a chance on this property. Like most of the reviews say, you will absolutely get double charged for utilities every month as well as a very rude, ever changing roster of staff there to ‘help’. They never answer their phone calls, emails and are often times nowhere to be found on the property. We have had a multitude of issues ever since moving in including immense water damage in our bathroom cause by an upstairs neighbors sink leaking down to us. We had to BEG and plead for days to get them to even address the issue, and have now had roach problems as a result and mold growing in the bathroom. Please hear me when i say this, this apartment complex is simply not worth the headache of all of these issues that the staff is either completely clueless
