The Magnolia at 9th

my mom moved out and I took care of paying her gas and electricity bill. Closed both accounts end of January 2025 and no past dues. Now the leasing office is trying to put on my mom that she has past due's on her gas and Electricity and she wont get her deposit..All lies. they are trying to pin other charges and past dues from another account to my mom. Still trying to get them and even contacted a lawyer.

This was supposed to be a SENIOR complex. However, there was a man named Larry Hernandez who was 72 years old, living with a 10-year old and 17 year-old. He didn't even tell the mgmt. that he had kids before they all moved in. The girl was loud and always ran in the apartment. Would you like to have that over your head. The manager said that he would give them notices to move. Yet they wouldn't. On top of that they were stealing my Wi-Fi. I like to watch TV shows like CSI, Criminal Minds and Hawaii 5-0. The older daughter asked me not to watch those shows. I told her that I was paying rent there and could watch anything I wanted. The manager never asked if I wanted another apartment. Also, I lived there before the Hernandez family. I got so depressed that I had to go into the hospital. A

The front desk lady violet was very rude she does not know how to talk to people. I called and asked if they had vacancies and she gave attitude and hung up. Besides the rude lady The grounds were well kept and very clean.

New here (3 months). Haven't had any significant problems. Good manager and staff. Nice neighbors. Quiet, peaceful community.😊 I'm very happy here!

I love my apartment here friendly every nice.staff. I'm now Injoying my life have a bless day Mr stroud.
