The Lodge at River Village

I’d give 0 stars if I could! The maintenance man is rude, and will find a problem with you no matter what. This place has cockroaches!! The amount of big cockroaches we saw crawling out of our pipes/bathtub while living here was ridiculous. And when they started renovating the apartments around us the cockroaches started coming up to our apartment after we just moved in. They had to do the steps and we couldn’t leave our apartment to let our dog out for 8 hours. The rent is too high for just a one bedroom apartment. $1387 is what I was paying for a one bedroom and one bath. You can hardly fit anything in there, no where to store anything. Luckily we found a trailer for less than that, that’s brand new and moved as soon as we got the chance!!!! I do not recommend this place at all! Do yours

If I could give a zero I would . Cockroaches everywhere and they never took care of the problem . Black mold . Broken stairs . water heater busted and leaking . Renovations couldn't save this place .overpriced for a very poor apartment

We have recently moved in and everything has been great. The property manager is very kind and very responsive. It is a huge perk to have the all new appliances and a newly renovated interior. Looking forward to our future here.

I would rate them 0 stars if I could. I lived here for a little over two years, and had nothing but a bad experience come from it. Unfortunately, I was new to the rental scene and did not know what to look for or how to advocate for myself. I was shown an updated apartment when I toured but when I moved in, I was given an old, outdated apartment. The floor was disgusting, you could clearly tell where the previous tenant kept their furniture and did not move it. The apartment was not clean when I moved in, despite the cleaner apparently cleaning it right before I arrived. The cabinets and stove were covered in some sort of sticky, filthy film. The floors turned my feet black for weeks despite sweeping and mopping every single day. Things were left in the kitchen cabinets and drawers which t
