The Lodge Apartments

I love this place. Feels like a little town. I moved in last month and it was quick and painless. I applied and within 3 days I was approved and was able to pay everything and move in. The lady that helped me, I think her name is Victoria, (hope I didn’t get that wrong) she was very nice and helpful. I feel like I got a bit lucky too because all the windows in my apartments look out toward the end of the property and all I can see is a huge thick wooded area and I don’t have to look out at the other apartments. I really like it, and the bathroom is massive. I love that. I only have 2 minor complaints. #1 the water heater/coat closet in in a weird place. Makes it really difficult to get couches through the door because of where the counter and closet are. Getting the couch in was kind of di

I’ve lived in these apartments with my family for about 3 going on 4 years and they’ve always been well maintained and the apartments are beautiful. I’m writing this review however because I wanted to share how AMAZING the Emergency Maintenance man, Francisco, was. I had an emergency in my bathroom and I was so worried my bathroom was going to be flooded, all of this around 8 pm. Francisco, on the phone, calmly told me what my immediate next step was- turn off the water! I was so stressed I didn’t even think of this. He came within the hour and fixed my shower also within an hour. He was very kind, knew what he was doing, and was good company. Thanks again, Francisco!

What a great crew to work with. I am with Kim Mattson and the church group who moved a family in on section 8. They were treated with kindness and respect and no judgment of their situation or their appearance. The family was in need of immediate housing and the staff at Lodge Apartments worked so very diligent to make sure they had a place to call home. We would highly recommend renting from the Lodge.

Lived here between sept ‘24- Nov ‘25. The apartment was fine, our fan never worked in the bathroom. We had ants 2 times, came back even after the exterminator. Now in March of 2026, we still haven’t received our deposit money back. So be careful when looking here

Went in for a tour and Kris Llewelyn was our leasing consultant. He was amazing! Showed different floor plans, different options and pricing differences along with ameneties. He also showed us around the property! Extremely friendly, professional and helpful! Thanks Kris! We definitely will be back to speak with you! #Batman
