GOLF COURSE REVIEW: $30 for a 9 hole course that’s in pretty bad shape. The greens are beat up and patchy. There’s tree stumps and piles of sticks everywhere, divots and crevasses all over the fairways. You can go play la fortune par 3 or lit’l links for $30. Or $15 more and enjoy full 18 hole courses in town in much much better shape.

Decent living. The appliances are old my stove had mildew when I moved in... Still does. My shower was moldy asked them the clean it and they just caulked over it asked for a new toilet....never got one... Wouldn't recommend living here unless you absolutely cannot find anything else

Maddeningly terrible neighbors who are out at 6:30 in the mornings on the weekends with their leaf blowers amd chainsaws. Can’t you wait until 7? From reading the reviews, it seems its too bad that maintenance couldn’t spend time repairing the outdated apartment appliances—instead of being a noise nuisance.

The rent is reasonable and we have a nice view of a golf course. However, there are some downfalls to this place and “you get what you pay for” is a true statement here. We have complained on several occasions about our AC. It runs non stop in the summer because the units old and they will not replace them. Electric gets real expensive because of that. (Over $200/mo for a 2 bedroom to keep cool) The swimming pool is very nice but if you work a 9-5 job, you can only enjoy it on the weekends because the pool closes at 6pm every day! The property manager has demonstrated an intimidating behavior towards me and other residents that voiced their complaints and is unwilling to accommodate any changes. I would recommend talking with other residents here before choosing this place.

THIS IS ONLY CONCERNING THE GOLF COURSE AND ITS EMPLOYEES****Been here a few times overall for what it is I liked the place. But you’re still paying quite a bit more than you should. Still doesn’t bother me enough to not go. What does on the other hand is when the employee working doesn’t want to make food because they were too busy. First of all the man was working the desk and the woman (the person who declined to make food) was just standing there doing absolutely nothing. If you guys can’t make the food just simply don’t offer it either way not my problem. Will definitely just take my money else where.
