Glenshire Court Apartments

The manager Kendra at these apartments is very unprofessional. She is dishonest and absolutely does not walk an integrity. Her assistant manager Mary Ann is an absolute joy to deal with but Kendra is not to be trusted. if you deal with the manager Kendra I strongly suggest that you take a recorder and record your conversations with her because she will outright lie.

Where do I start? I have been here for 15 years. I have had the most wonderful experience here. The management is second to none, maintenance is amazing! IF anything breaks or needs attention, they are super quick and take care of any issues immediately. In the 15 years I have been here, when it snows (significant snow) they always have the parkiing lot cleared and the sidewalks completly cleared and safe! In the summer the grass is mowed and all grounds are well kept. Carmen is an amazing manager! I am so thankful our family found a home here.

I have lived here twelve years. I started on a waiting list just to live close to my daughter's father for her benefit. Carmen helped me throughout this process and made every step easy. ANYTHING that has come up in the twelve years I've been here has been promptly responded to with care and professionalism! I ALWAYS feel like I can come to Carmen as she displays a "no problem, easy peasy attitude" with anything I ask. You don't find many Apartment Managers like this and I am so grateful! I also have to do a shout out about Joe the maintenance man. Joe has also always been professional and caring. He gets the job done quick and right the first time! I love Glenshire Court Apartments! My experience here wouldn't be the same without Carmen! Thank-you Carmen for being you!
