Simmons Homes at Willow Creek

Too expensive. $9.88 for buffet. Used to love Simple Simon's because I could afford them. Should have went across the street and gotten a steak at Santa Fe for same price.

Frustrating automatic system to view the home... that was inoperable. No gutters on the back side of the home! Thesare gorgeous, but sadly, no gutters is a no deal for me.

It's nice edition but extra charges are v crazy . Top of that there staff in there bixby office is v rude n v disrespectful .i almost finalize home there but it's been unfortunate the way there sales executive was so rude I never expect that Simmons home have so un professional staff at bixby office . I never suggest any body to go there .wish them good luck

Homes lol good people are nice, but there is nothing available, no real time frame and prices are too high die to material costs. Little bang for your buck right now.
