Memorial Square Gardens

Family-friendly, quiet little community! Amazing property management and maintenance... they’ve always been so responsive and helpful. Really great floor plan— not your standard cookie-cutter rental. Location is fantastic, with great schools, a few parks close by, and easy access to Memorial.

The duplexes at Memorial Square Garden are great. They are comfortable and the location of the property couldn't be better. The neighbors are great, and property managment and maintenance are very responsive and helpful. My family of 5 has been very happy with our time here.

I have been a resident here since 2019. Any time I have had an issue (maintenance, problem with a neighbor, etc.) it was resolved quickly. I would recommend Memorial Square Gardens. Unfortunately, the rent is raised every year which I do not feel is necessary. Other than that great placed to live.

We lived at Memorial Square Gardens in Bixby for several years while searching for a house. The Property team was awesome. Jonna was so wonderful to work with, if we had a need she was on top of it, Jonna cares about the property and those that live on property. We had the best neighbors. We will miss our former home, Jonna, and Terry. Thank you for being great.

Let me begin by saying that my wife and I have, for the most part, enjoyed living at MSG for the last 5 years. However, the roads in the neighborhood and all the fences are in serious need of repair/replacement. Also, the lawn service has been rather inconsistent, and the trees need to be trimmed to improve the overall appearance of the property.
