I truly appreciate The Link for making me feel comfortable calling this place home. The staff and management team have been supportive, professional, and welcoming throughout my time living here. The maintenance team deserves special recognition. Every maintenance request I’ve submitted has been handled incredibly fast and efficiently. Appliances that needed attention were repaired or replaced quickly, and the work is always done right the first time. They are reliable, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond—sometimes even helping off the clock. On top of that, the entire team is consistently friendly and approachable. They always say hello when they see me walking my dogs, which really adds to the sense of community here. I’m very grateful for everyone at The Link and highly recommend

I want share and express my sincere appreciation for Elisaniah (Ellie) Maiava, Leasing Professional in the leasing office. She has excellent customer service, kindness, professionalism, and consistent follow-through. Her level of service and attention to detail are exceptional, and I would strongly recommend her for a management position. If you meet Ellie, I promise you that you are not going to want to work with anyone else. The managers there can learn a lot from her on how to make someone feel like a valued customer and not just another number. Way to go Ellie!

The maintenance guy Allen is very helpful and quick! I put an order in about my garbage disposal and he arrived quick and was done in no time! He always seen around helping on the property and always have a bright energy/attitude! He is courteous and informative!! Overall this is a nice quiet place to reside ! Would recommend

I’m very disappointed with the management and communication at this apartment complex. The management was excellent when we first moved in but ever since it was changed, things have gotten worse. In my situation, I missed the emails regarding an additional vehicle registration requirement and was booted and charged a $300 penalty for parking in MY OWN carport, which I pay for monthly and had already registered through the apartment. In addition, when someone parked in our paid carport a while back before the apartment changed towing companies, we were suggested to park somewhere else for the night, even though we pay for that space which was very unfair. If a paper notice, door posting, or written warning had been provided about the registration change, this entire situation could have be

One of the best apartments I have ever lived in. The staff is great and they do take the time to take care of all of your needs. The best part for me is I had some health issues recently and they made sure I was good. This is one of the best staff I have ever worked with. At least once a month they do things for the residents. For apartment living I would definitely recommend this.
