ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Placed a work order request to fix some burnt out light bulbs in the main bedroom ceiling fan; without delay Miguel was quick to attend our maintenance needs. Not only did he change the burnt out lights bulbs in our main bedroom but he also checked the other 2 ceiling fans in our apartment to make sure the light bulbs looked serviceable still, and replaced the ones that looked ready to burn out. Really appreciated his promptness in resolving our work order request and also anticipating our future needs. Above and beyond customer service!

Hi my father has lived here for 16yrs .very nice place with Dan ,Miguel i can't thank them enough they are great very helpful when samething needs to get fixed no need to tell them twice. Thank you. I recommend Lincoln Grant its a great place to live very clean

Just moved in these apartments but so far Mrs and my family love them, very clean, and quiet. Also Dan made our move in process super quick. Great place so far

I’ve had a great experience living here so far! The apartment is well maintained, quiet, and comfortable! Management has been responsive and super helpful! Overall, I’m happy living here and would recommend it.

This is the best and cleanest place I've lived at and the property is well taken care of and I like that they do things for the renters like movie night. The manager Dan is always very pleasant. Great place to live
