The Ledges

I’m so glad I picked the ledges to move into. I love my apartment. I love how clean it is how bright it is. The staff has been great. I’ve actually recommended the complex to a couple friends. Very happy here. Keep up the good work everybody Vicky, Sara, and the maintenance staff all have been wonderful.!

The Ledges are beautiful apartments. I found these apartments online one afternoon and called right away. Vicki answered the phone and was so kind and accommodating. I asked if I could possibly stop by that day for a tour. Expecting her to say that someone would instead call me to schedule a tour, she offered to stay and invited me to meet her there in 30min. Once I arrived, she was very pleasant and professional and although it was the end of her day, I didn’t feel rushed at all. Thank you, Vicki, for the great first impression of The Ledges.

Have lived here for several years. Management and maintenance were prompt and professional for first couple of years. Last 2 years both have gotten progressively worse. Maintenance did respond promptly to a water damage issue, but besides that maintenance has either not responded or taken weeks/months to respond to issues of heating/cooling/broken appliances. For example, I’ve given up submitting maintenance requests and currently do not have running water to a bathroom sink. Multiple complaints about a litany of issues (packages being stolen, marijuana smoking, dog poop) have mostly been downplayed and ignored (outside of an email asking people to pick up after their dogs).

I would highly recommend living at the The Ledges. They Leasing office staff is amazing and the maintenance staff is awesome. They're quick to respond to work orders and resolve the issue in a timely manner. The community is friendly and peaceful.

I moved to The Ledges in 2022, and for the first year and a half, everything was great—maintenance was responsive, and issues were handled quickly, even if third-party help was needed. But after all three maintenance staff left, things went downhill fast. The property is no longer well maintained. Sure, the front of the leasing office looks fine, but a quick walk around reveals garbage, dog poop, and discarded bags scattered throughout the grounds. Police presence has become frequent, packages go missing often, and the trash compactor breaks down regularly—taking days to fix, which leads to piles of garbage bags. The dog park is nice until it rains, then it turns into a muddy mess. Despite residents asking for improvements, nothing has been done. Maintenance requests now take forever,
