To make a long story short, we have been working with Landlord Law Group for the past 4 years and it has been nothing less than a great experience. Now the long story... We had to put our Everett house up for rent when we made the move to California. Based on a personal recommendation (from a real estate agent who will remain nameless), we went with a different property manager who gave us the most horrid experience, lying to us about the first renter's background and their subsequent year of nonpayments!!
