The Landings Apartment Homes

I just renewed my lease at the landings because of the wonderful staff and outstanding customer service. Every experience I've had with the office has been positive especially with Jennifer. Anytime I walk in with a question or concern she only isn't helpful & kind but always brightens My day with her smile & welcoming presence. Her kindness and professionalism truly makes this community feel like home. This is a big part of why I chose to stay another year !

A few months ago I would have not given this apt. complex a 5 star review. But now that has all changed due to Jennifer and Addie ( apt. mangers).! They came in and made the residents finally feel safe. There is no longer a lot of children screaming in front of your window, hitting your cars w/balls and things are getting fixed in a timely manner. But the one thing I like most is they are finally locking the main doors. I could go on forever. So if you need a place to stay and feel safe call Jennifer or Addie at The Landings Apartments. Happy New Year’s

We came here to Thé Landings to do a tour Jennifer in the front was awesome ! She was kind nice and respectful and took time to explain everything to me and my wife . She truly made us comfortable her smile and energy was #1 . We applied today because we want this to be our new home . We have our fingers crossed we will call this our home by the end of the month. I have had a great experience with jenniffer and Addie. They have truly rose to the occasion of trying to take care of my leads as far as anything dealing with my apartment. Even the things that have been out of their control, they have taken the time to try to help me address the situation. I’m very appreciative of them. I appreciate the fact that when I have a complaint, it is addressed in a timely manner. I have considered moving several times because of unruly neighbors but because of the management team, who truly cares about the tenants as well as the community and the children here, it makes me rethink my decision and has kept me here a little longer. Jennifer at The Landings Apartment Homes is friendly, professional, and always helpful. Anytime I’ve needed assistance, everything has been taken care of promptly. The maintenance team is outstanding as well, top notch when it comes to handling any situation that may arise.
