The Landing Apartments

Tecton, the company that runs the place, is horrible. Here I am 70+ days chasing my deposit. And double damages. They sent a letter out, saying there was a cleaning service fee. Also, saying we owed one more month of rent… Luckily I took very thorough pictures, and videos of the walk through. It was spotless. When I spoke with Kristen Hailey, the landlord at the time, she admitted fault and said she changed the lease back to what it ORIGINALLY WAS, and said they’d send out the deposit… that’s was about 70+ days ago. Horrible horrible horrible service. I will be filing in small claims court.

The service greatly improved since the new Management took over. Issues with my unit have been fixed! Happy camper again. Thank you!

Terrible management & communication. No one is ever in the office. They will charge you ridiculous fees after move out regardless of how clean you leave your apartment & this is after refusing to walk with you on move out day so they can charge you as they want. DO NOT RENT HERE. Find other apartments around the neighborhood. THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS GOOD. There is mold that they paint over in the bathroom & closet. BE PREPARED TO DO THOROUGH CLEAN UP WHEN YOU MOVE IN BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT WELL CLEANED EVEN AFTER CHARGING CLEANING FEES. THEY are never full/ always renting out and that already is a red flag.

Honestly it's a good place it really is, everything is near by and it's kinda quiet, and it "safe-ish". The manager might not always be around but maintenance is, the Manager is understanding and I don't have any complaints really, only reason for moving is I need a bigger place and the bigger apartments are not getting out anytime soon

They're money hungry, charge extra for everything with no amenities. They lie about what you owe to get you to move. They shouldn't be in business. They don't care about tenants.
