Pointe East Apartments

When you move out, you'll have problems too! We lived here for 2 years, and everything was fine until they started raising the rent to very high prices. We moved out because of the high rent, and then we started receiving bills for utilities that we had already paid. We didn't want to argue and paid them to avoid conflict and leave peacefully, but today another bill arrived for a very large sum for something unclear!!! WE DON'T OWE THEM ANYTHING MORE, but they still continue to send us bills that we DON'T have to pay!!! It's a shame that these are dishonest and problematic apartments. It's a shame that it's impossible to move out normally, and you only have problems afterwards. I cannot recommend Point East apartments because when you move out, they demand payment for things we shouldn't h

We lived at this complex for 13 years and really loved it there. We stayed there so long because of the spacious 2 bedroom apartments (the floor plan is amazing), the popcorn ceiling providing some sound barrier from neighbors, and the beautiful red brick fireplace. While the fireplaces have changed with renovations, and some of the sound proofing has changes with the addition of hardwood floors instead of the original carpeting, it continued to be a comfortable and roomy place to live at a reasonable price for the area.

We moved into our new apartment on February 27th, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The management team is exceptional—whenever we request maintenance, they respond promptly and ensure everything is taken care of efficiently. The apartment itself is spotless, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful, quiet community. Parking is never an issue, as there are always available spaces for our cars. Overall, this has been an excellent place to live, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed home!

I have lived at Point East Apartments since 2019. Everybody hears everything bad about Apartments but never everything good today. I was having a bad morning and I was walking to the office through the apartment complex and the energy was so positive and really changed how I felt because I was having a bad day the energy and the people that are here Are just amazing. Even the neighbors are understanding it’s like family over here now this is my opinion and this is how I feel. I’m blessed to have a community this way. I have never felt home and I feel like I’m at home at the Point East Apartments
