Only giving 4 stars because unfortunately I haven’t had a great experience with the entire team, but I have with most of them. I never leave reviews but I must leave this one. I want to give a shoutout to the assistant manager Brie in the office. I haven’t had much luck with the head manager at these apartments but Brie works very hard to get the answers I need. She is kind and always greets me with a smile. Same thing with the leasing manager Desiray. Sorry if I spelled the name wrong but she helped me a lot as well and is very sweet. Shoutout to these ladies and also the maintenance crew. Congrats to the new company for hiring a mostly competent new staff.

We stayed there for 2 years, it's a nice little place! The management is awesome and understanding. And it's a good place if you commute to work. Shout out to the A building our neighbors were so sweet!!

I lived here for two years and honestly out of all the apartments I’ve moved around to this was always the best one. Easily the fastest access to I5. You can enjoy all Seattle has to offer without having the hassle of living in the city as you’re 30 min away. Maintenance was always very fast, friendly, and efficient. Never had issues reaching the office and they were always very polite and respectful. Never had issues with packages being stolen or any crime. Neighbors were loud but that’s literally just apartment life, if u want silence buy a house. Watching the lil ducklings grow up every season was a joy. Overall I can’t think of any complaints about my time here and miss it tbh.

Do not move here. 3 months into living here our living room floor had a moldy odor and was damp their fix was to wash the carpets. Fast forward 5 months we now have mold in our walls and flooring. In the master bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen. It's making our infant, cat and myself sick. Work orders are marked as completed when they are not. Their fix to the mold in the bathroom is a splash guard on the tub when that's not where it's coming from. Maintenance supervisor argued with us saying the splash guards would fix the issue. They wiped down the walls with a fabric refreshener bottle with chemicals in it not properly labeled per osha requirements. The smell of bleach was so strong we couldn't sleep in our bedroom. I signed my lease under the impression I was paying for a renovated unit. The only new thing in here is the carpet the rest is obviously not renovated there is mold behind the toilet tank nobody has come to take care of yet....and the w/d is a THIN/TWIN like extra small. For a family of 5 an extra small loading washer....that is old in itself.... I absolutely love the neighborhood tho. The office is quite nice and the pool is amazing and the clubhouse offers the kids a snack option whenever they come in(ofc not everyday type thing..) The pond and the ducks and the sounds of nature at night and during the day is so serene and calming, it really does ALMOST makes up for the false impression of fully renovated unit at the rent rate is just disappointing. Overall tho this is a great place and
