Olympic Management Company

This company is utterly incompetent and greedy. The complex i lived in (Belfair View Apartments) was run much better by the previous company. After moving out and thoroughly cleaning our apartment, they are not only keeping our entire deposit (over a very minor wall scrape) but are attempting to charge me over $300 for an "extra dirty" cleaning fee. They are clearly scammers and cheats. Do not rent from any building owned by this dishonest company.

There are a joke for a management company. We rented from them back in the early 2000's and they were wonderful.Now they must of changed, due to no response from them when you ask an inquiry regarding your property you live on. They are setting up to be sued, due to when you ask them a question, they receive it by letting you know that they will get back in touch with you within 48 hrs. And never actually get back in touch. Keep ALL YOUR CORRESPONDENCE WITH THEM. Everyone that has issues report them to the BBB, in which they are not BBB accredited ( that should tell you that they are a bad company)so they can build a case on them and they have to respond back with no choice. BY ALL MEANS, DO NOT LIVE HERE! By far one of the worst, dishonest companies I’ve ever encountered with zero integrity with multiple examples of the companies actions. At the property I lived at, they wouldn’t do something as simple as tell some of the residents that they were paying for the electricity to the exterior lights. Half the time is because they had one of the highest turnarounds in employment I’ve ever seen, you never know if someone was employed as a property manager in the office from a residents view. If you see an Olympic property, please choose a better option for you and your family and go with anything else!

This company is a slumlord. Horrible business tactics and ethics. Employees and tenants should steer clear. There are far too many management companies out there to give this company your business. If you are a current tenant, you should Google Washington state, multi-multifamily, landlord, tenant laws. Overcharging people when they move out. Charging for wear and tear and to paint. Charging for flooring, etc. Not supplying receipts, and/or invoices from vendors. Having maintenance men Doing electrical work and plumbing work. Etc. Like I said, steer clear. There are far better companies to give your money to. Warm regards.

I’m writing this review because I believe people deserve to know how Olympic Management treats applicants — especially veterans and minorities. As a U.S. Army veteran, I expected fairness, transparency, and basic respect during the housing process. What I encountered instead raised serious concerns about discrimination and bias. Despite meeting the stated qualifications, submitting every required document, and communicating clearly, my application was dismissed without proper explanation. Each time I asked for clarification or a clear reason, I was met with silence or shifting excuses. It felt less like a fair evaluation and more like I was being quietly filtered out. No veteran — or anyone for that matter — should have to question whether they were denied housing because of who they are
