The Lakes of Beavercreek Apartment Homes

We stopped by on a whim today to drive through the community and were very impressed. We were able to view both a one and two bedroom floor plan which were surprisingly very spacious and comfortable. The first-floor units all come with oversized coat closets which was quite appealing. She also loved the pond lookout from the bedrooms as well as the ample amount of windows in the apartment. We’ll keep Lakes of Beavercreek in mind as we make a decision soon.

Just moved in. Apartment is clean, with new fixtures and appliances. Leasing process was smooth and hassle free. Maddy is very helpful and professional, and made the entire experience easy.

My experience with The Lakes of Beavercreek Apartment Homes was brief but very satisfactory. I scheduled a visit and was given a tour by Rachael. She provided helpful information without being pressuring or pushy and wrote down key details I should know about utilities and the various units. I applied shortly after the tour, paying the application and holding fees, and got approved shortly after. However, I ended up finding another complex that worked better for me locationally. I reached out to let Rachael know I appreciated her help but would be moving elsewhere and that I understood I'd have to just eat the fees I'd already paid. She informed me that one of the charges, the holding fee, was actually refundable within the timeframe I had cancelled by and she was able to get me that money

My fiancé & I have lived in this apartment complex for 4 years now, we moved out due to buying a home. During our stay we really enjoyed living here! Great amenities and the staff was always very helpful! The pool was always clean, and I loved taking my kids on walks around the ponds! definitely recommend

Lived here few years ago for about 6 years and it was great. Management was responsive and never had any issues. Moved out in mid-2023 to Mason and was now looking at possibly moving back. Tried calling the office several times and left messages to call me back to discuss availability and pricing…they don’t respond. Spoke with someone at the corporate office, they then tell me to contact the leasing office on site….i call again and nobody answers or returns your calls. New management took over right after I left when they were upgrading appliances and counter tops in all places…which was long overdue. Since then, speaking with friends who still live here, management has increased pricing by nearly 400-500/month, and they too say management is unresponsive and they invade your privacy regul
