The Lakes at Rancho El Dorado by Century Communities

2 months ago the neighbors across the street left their truck on the sidewalk with a trailer attached preventing me from entering and exiting my driveway safely, the truck remained there for 45+ days. I raised these concerns to the HOA and they told me that “there is nothing they can do about it” and dismissed me. I was working within my garage over the last 2 weekends and had to pull the cars out to gain access for a few days, as a result i had to park my work truck on the street. The HOA proceeded to take pictures of my truck, driveway and home, and sent them to my jobs corporate office stating that i am presenting a bad image of the company by parking on the street.
