The Lakes At Deerfield Apartments

My experience here has been the best possible! A calm, peaceful, and clean environment. Everyone who works here at The Lakes, from reception to maintenance and cleaning, is incredible. I've never been happier with my new home. Yanibel and Ana The reception and cleaning staff are simply great people, always willing to help with anything you need, always with a beautiful smile on their face and a lot of kindness! I love living here and recommend it to anyone who wants to live in a good place.

!!BE CAREFUL — POSSIBLE FRAUDULENT PRACTICES!! I recently submitted a rental application for The Lakes at Deerfield, managed by Investments Limited. My main contact was Jenny, who initially seemed very helpful. After a few conversations, she sent me a video and application forms, but from a personal Gmail account, not an official company email, which was immediately concerning. To confirm her identity, I called the office several times and confirmed she was the person I was speaking with. I then submitted my completed application and personally delivered a $600 money order to the leasing office, which Jenny confirmed by email. Two days later, I was told by phone that my application was denied after screening was “reviewed by her manager, Rosa.” No explanation was given. I was told it migh

I’ve been renting an apartment in this complex and couldn’t be happier. The property is well-maintained, quiet, and overall a great place to live. What truly makes the experience special is the team behind it. Rosa, the property manager, is an amazing and kind lady who truly cares about the residents. And of course there is Yanibel, one of the most professional individuals I’ve ever seen! incredibly helpful with outstanding communication skills—she’s always there to assist with anything, no matter how big or small. I’m very grateful we have these two amazing ladies making this community such a comfortable and welcoming place to live.

Just recently moved out of the Lakes Deerfield after living there for almost 11 years due to the fact of them, not repairing anything in the apartment after several complaints to Management and documenting things in the portal about no lights in the back bedroom for 10 months had mildew and water damage in the living room by no one responded for six or seven months it spread it into the kitchen cracks around the front door where lizard and Beatles come into the apartment for months the way things got repaired. I had to call Code Enforcement . Code Enforcement gave them 4 major violations that’s the only way that the lights got repaired after 10 months of no lights in the back bedroom , the only way the water damage in the mildew fixed after six or seven months because Code Enforcement got
