The approval timeline was impressively quick & as someone with leasing experience, I can immediately tell this team takes pride in delivering a high quality, elevated residential experience. I absolutely love my new home. After moving from the suburbs of Atascocita and stepping into Kemah for the first time, I can confidently say I made the right decision. Love this property and the staff! It is my first time being in an apartment setting in over 20 years and the team made it so easy for me to feel at home and comfortable. The property is very clean and quiet. Awesome amenities. The trash is picked up daily, which I LOVE! The maintenance team is extremely responsive and quick. Highly recommend this property!

We love our apartment and the staff at The Kippford! Rebecca, Kelsey, Sabrina, Monica and, most recently, Cora, have been great! They were very patient and so helpful with us as we went through the process of selling our house before moving in here. Their professionalism and kindness meant so much to us during this transition. We moved in a week and a half ago and we are truly happy with our decision. Thank you all very much!!!

Amazing welcoming experience since the very first day I step in into the leasing office to see the units. No complaints about anything. Have submitted two service requests within the first month of moving in due to door lock battery and pest control and they were addressed within 2 days. Great team and great community!

Oooo weee!!! I’m not much of a review guy, so please be patient with me! 😂 I’ve had an awesome experience living here. The community is quiet, clean, and parking has gotten so much better since they added the new parking system. The office team Lauren, Michelle, and Korah are professional, friendly, and always quick to help whenever something comes up. I also love that they offer garages, carports, a 24/7 gym, and a clubhouse with a coffee bar. They even added a vending machine that takes inventory requests! seriously, what a cool idea! Also, I’ve never had any issues with the water smell like some people mentioned! it’s honestly surprising to me because I’ve had no problems at all. And if you can, I recommend getting an apartment with a large patio. the views and scenery here are amazin
