It's has a lot of illegal's that he rents to that over exceed the capacity for that apartment that they rent. Eventhow the apartments are not child friendly and never was ment to be,becase there is nothing for the children to do.they run around the apartments unsupervised littering and vandalizing the apartments and disrespecting the other tenants..
