Huntington at Kemah

So happy I chose The Huntington @ Kemah. Location, Location, Location; Well, that applies to The Huntington @ Kemah. Close to shopping, restaurants, only minutes to the Kemah Boardwalk and 40 minutes to Galveston. As I sit in my living room with the window open, I especially enjoy hearing the water feature by the pool area. Very calming and tranquil. Community features are very nice. Especially the pool and clubhouse. I do hear my neighbor upstairs sometimes but, overall, a quite community. The Trash pick-up by my door is so convenient. There are also easy-to-use trash shoots. Maintenance has been good including a quick turn around on an elevator repair. Working elevators are really appreciated at a 55+ complex. Open parking has never been an issue. We have lived at the Huntington at Kemah for almost 4 months now after living at another 55+ Community. There is absolutely no comparison between the two. The Huntington and their staff win hands-down. The property manager, Natalie walked us through the onboarding process in a very helpful and professional manner. She is responsive to our needs and questions. The maintenance supervisor, Alan has come in a timely manner every time we have submitted a maintenance request. The property itself is kept clean and well maintained and I absolutely love seeing palm trees out my window. It makes my day. We’ve moved down here from Northeast Oklahoma to get away from the cold. The Huntington at Kemah was a good decision.

So let me be honest, after reading a lot of comments and reviews of this place I was definitely skeptical. However, I have been here for almost 4 months and I absolutely love it Yolanda, the office manager is absolutely amazing! She has gone above and beyond to make sure that I am comfortable here I feel safe. It’s absolutely beautiful here. Anything goes wrong in the apartment which has been very little maintenance guys are absolutely incredible and they help out anyway they can. Happy resident
